Lionheart was founded in Kingston, where our community continues to face rising challenges of food insecurity and homelessness. In 2024 alone, we rescued over 565,000 lbs of food - valued at more than $3.9 million - and served 2,500+ meals every week through our Community Nutrition programs.

We also provide more than 40 transitional housing spaces in the city, helping individuals move from surviving to thriving.
